pHurity, Inc. was an EPA/Safer Choice (formerly, Design for the Enviornment) formulator partner for more than six (6) years. During this period, pHurity products were recognized to display the EPA/Safer Choice label. Due to third party review costs for EPA/Safer Choice partnership renewal, pHurity did not apply for renewal at the end of the partnership term in December 2015. For this reason, labels for our products will no longer include the EPA/Safer Choice logo. We value the EPA/Safer Choice program and our relationship with the EPA/Safer Choice team, and look forward to the opportunity to work together in the future.

EPA/Safer Choice recognition did not constitute an endorsement of pHurity products. The Design for the Environment logo signifies that the formula for the product, as pHurity, Inc. ("pHurity") has represented it to the EPA, contains ingredients with more positive health and environmental characteristics than conventional cleaners. EPA/DfE relies solely on pHurity, its integrity and good faith, for information on the composition, ingredients, and attributes of this product. EPA/DfE has not independently identified, i.e., via chemical analysis, the ingredients in the product formula, nor evaluated any of pHurity's non-ingredient claims. EPA/DfE provides its evaluation only as to the environmental and human health characteristics of the product, based on currently available information and scientific understanding.
